leveraged_buyoutIt had to happen sooner or later, but expecting it wasn't the same as accepting it. Damien knew his father would eventually try to arrange a relationship for him for a business marriage but he had hoped to put it off for at least a few more years.
Yet now that he received the phone call informing him of the blind date, Damien honestly didn't know what to do for it aside from what to wear to the occasion. He knew how to do the wining and dining, but the problem was he didn't want this to proceed in the first place and he didn't care about the princess of the largest hotel chain corporation in the northern hemisphere or something the other. Honestly he didn't even look too much into her family business, he just knew it was large and she was the sole heir.
And he came to realize there was no one he could trust with this issue either at all... except Spencer. Which was why after turning down all of his meetings that afternoon, Damien announced he was leaving the office early. How fortunate that the man happened to be on his detail today.
"I will be heading out this afternoon, Spencer alone can drive me. The rest of you can head back."
